Our Associates . . .

Our technicians are all highly qualified graduates of the National Polytechnic College of Engineering and Oceaneering Hyperbaric Medicine program, which requires a 480 hour internship. They choose to work at the Clinic because they care about the patient. They will keep the referring specialist physician completely informed of the patient’s progress.



Saul Ocana
is  Chief of Operations, with the responsibility of acting as regional business manager.

Saul is a graduate of the College Of Oceaneering now called National Polytechnic College of Engineering and Oceaneering’s program of hyperbaric medicine and advanced life support with certification as a diver medic (DMT) and Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT). Saul is also qualified in Transcutaneous Oximetry, or tissue oxygen tension measurement.



Saul has gained wide-ranging experience in the clinical applications of HBOT both in the United States and South East Asia. He was responsible for training an elite rescue group from the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia in the use of transportable hyperbaric chambers, with a particular emphasis on the rapid recognition of smoke and bio-warfare casualties and on-site first response before rapid retrieval of the injured.

Saul has extensive experience in manufacturing hyperbaric chambers and is knowledgeable in the codes relating to chambers as well as the requirements Federal and State codes for the installation and operation of both hospital and freestanding hyperbaric centers.


Charles James (“CJ”) Bell

 CJ  graduated from National Polytechnic School of Engineering and Oceaneering with a degree as a Commercial Diver and Bachelor of Arts degree in Hyperbaric Medicine. Additionally, CJ is also a certified hyperbaric technologist (CHT). CJ is addicted to excellence in everything he does. He has had three years of experience with HBOT and would not consider doing anything else.
 

CJ is a sincere and compassionate person with a great deal of respect for all of his patients. “My goal in life is to further the knowledge of hyperbaric medicine throughout the World, so everyone has a chance at a better life. I am a strong believer or I would not have chosen this career. There is nothing more satisfying than when a patient thanks me for helping them get their life back.”

 

 

 



Janine Marie Thill is our Program Director at our  associated Northern Californian Rohnert Park Center.

 Janine has been involved in health science since 1992 and is a certified nutritional counselor.  Additionally, she holds certificates from  National Polytechnic School of Engineering and Oceaneering . Janine is a certified hyperbaric technician. (CHT). Janine is passionate about hyperbaric oxygen therapy and its healing benefits, particularly since her six year bout with Lyme disease was eradicated after twenty HBOT treatments.
