We all age. When we are younger, we never think of becoming “old.”

As the years slip by, we all come to the realization that the clock is ticking. Along with the counting years comes a series of declines in our physical status.

These include:
Disorders of cognition, the “what-did-I-come-into-this-room-for” mental cloudiness.
Cerebrovascular insufficiency with neurological deficits causing hemiplegia and neuropathies “the “ouch-my-feet-tingle” or “my-legs-won’t make-it-up-the-steps” feeling.
Peripheral vascular diseases such as Raynaud’s Syndrome “my-fingers-are-cold-and-hurt” or other problems such as leaky blood vessels that cause wine-red blotches on the backs of wrists, hands and around ankles.
